challenge

To bring a unified and modern User Experience practice to the City Of New York’s Information Technology Services Group which supported the Department of Homeless Services (DHA), The Department Of Social Services (DSS) & The Department of Health & Human Services (HRA).

Develop a unified and responsive enterprise web platform to modernize the city’s application platform

Solution

I was responsible for overall creative direction, information architecture, UI/UX as well as hand-on graphic design and web and mobile development. I design and lead UX development, from high-level site maps, detailed wire-frames to fully realized user interface designs delivering both hard assets to the engineering team as well as presentation layer code assets.

I was also responsible for rebranding of the overall department’s corporate ID, corporate collateral as well as presentation materials for SR management and to the NYC Mayor’s Office. I report directly to the CIO, Office Of Information Technology.
